Your registration is not complete until we confirm your space reservation. Read Carefully and then fill out the registration form and hit send. You will still need to use the Paypal option below if that is your form of payment, and fill out that info and submit.
Registration and Payment Information: Early registration is encouraged. Deposit is due upon registration. Balance due at first day of class. Peacock ArtisticFinishes must receive your registration form and deposit to complete any registration. Please call our office to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy: 50% of tuition is required to register. Balance due on arrival. Deposits, less $25 processing fee, will be refunded for cancellations with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Any cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice from the date of the class, deposit is forfeited if not immediately transferred to another scheduled class. Peacock Artistic Finishes reserves the right to cancel a class within two weeks of the commencement date and a full refund of deposit will be given. Peacock Artistic Finishes reserves the right to alter the class curriculum at anytime and reserves the right to refuse a registration at anytime.
Confirmation: Upon receipt of your registration we will send your packet (e-mail or US mail) with detail directions to the studio, hotel info, class time and any items needed for the class. Please call to confirm class space availability prior to mailing, faxing, e-mailing, or submitting your registration online. Once your registration form has been received, you will be contacted to confirm your class placement. We recommend you make hotel and travel reservations only after you have received this confirmation. We have first come, first serve sign-up process, and the classes fill quickly.
